Please Sign in or create an account Frequently Asked Questions How easy are the shelves to assemble? They are designed to be assembled at home using minimal tools. Assembly is boltless - just tap sections together with a rubber mallet or similar. Can the shelf heights be adjusted? All the shelving products on our website can have the shelf positions adjusted very finely. So if you have a particularly tall item to store, then just leave a large gap. Perhaps you can have shelves close together at the bottom to store smaller items, then leave a large gap higher up for more bulky heavy items. Should I fix the shelves to the wall? We would recommend that you do so. Whilst they have a large footprint and are very stable, in the worst case situation a child might be inclined to climb up the shelves. Some shelving kits come with a suitable bracket but most can be fixed to the wall by putting screws through the upright sections into suitable Rawlplug type of products. What weight can the shelves support? There a various load capacities available. But all can handle anything that you might store in a domestic environment. If in doubt, select a product described as "industrial". We would recommend that you wear thick protective gloves when assembling shelves. Delivery & ReturnsDelivery of Goods We will endeavour to have the goods delivered as soon as possible in line with the lead times stated on the product pages. We will let you know if we are aware of delays. If you do not receive your goods or contact from the carrier within a reasonable time please contact us by telephone or e-mail. Cabinet Deliveries Delivery is by third party pallet carrier to the nearest kerbside, though individual drivers may be more accommodating if access to your garage is straightforward. Carriers are instructed to contact you to book in the delivery day at which point you should make them aware of any delivery restraints or requirements if you have not already advised GaragePride. If you require specific day deliveries then please let us know at the time of ordering and we will endeavour to accommodate this. Most of our cabinets are heavy and you should obtain assistance when moving them. Carriers are not able to move cabinets up steps and into office buildings.   Returns A consumer has the right to cancel the purchase of an item or service without having to give any reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of fourteen working days, beginning in the case of goods, on the day after you receive the goods, and in the case of services, beginning on the day after you purchase the services.
