Sure Start, St Helens

This was a new build project where the client wanted a high quality render finish with strong stimulating colours that would provide a maintenance free solution of a minimum period of 15 years. Gables carried out sample panels for the client to ensure that texture and colour matches would meet expectations. Following approval, Gables Coating team applied a high performance, polymer-modified, render system with excellent adhesion to the brickwork. This was over-coated with a compatible 15-year BBA certified weatherproof protective coating, specially manufactured to the client’s specified Ral colours. The whole job was completed on time and on budget meeting the specific requirements for the opening of this children's centre.
