The Intumescent Letter Boxes are for use in 30 minute fire doors where an aperture has been cut to accept a letter box. In the event of a fire the Intumescent expands, closing the aperture so maintaining the doors integrity. These letter boxes have a plastic body with spring loaded extruded aluminium letter plates, all complete with an unobtrusive layer of Intumescent material.
