The President of FTC, Shirl Lakeway Jr with Dr Malcolm Bourne, pre-eminent expert on food texture analysis and winner of this year’s Nicolas Appert Award, at the recent IFT Expo in New Orleans. On the stand to their left is FTC’s new touch-screen, food texture analyzer, the TMS-Touch. A copy of Dr Bourne’s leading food science book, “Food Texture and Viscosity”, is included with every TMS-Pro System supplied by FTC.
