Falco supports the Cycling City of Odense at EXPO 2010 Shanghai

The world famous exhibition ‘EXPO’ is welcomed by the City of Shanghai China, as they provide the location for this forthcoming event. Falco are pleased to be supporting the Cycling City of Odense, by providing Falco cycle parking equipment for the event. Denmark opened its first cycling path in the City of Odense more than a hundred years ago, and ever since has dedicated itself to the cycling sector. This has resulted in 510 kilometres of cycle paths in Odense which is the most for any Danish city for the convenience of its urban commuters. These bicycle paths provide an environmentally friendly type of transport and ease the traffic of congestion. The bicycle paths are used continuously since the City inhabitants are amongst the most enthusiastic cyclists in the world with over a quarter of journeys completed by bike. The national Cycle City of Denmark was given to Odense 10 years ago following its keen attitude to cycling. Falco is pleased to be supporting the cycling city of Odense at the exhibition by providing cycle parking equipment, cycle counters and street furniture to the City of Odense to accompany them during the exhibition.
