Type 110 Folding Opener

Type 110 folding opener with a flush fit step (0mm step size). Best fitted to top hung windows, but can also fit bottom hung windows. They are fully reversible and pivot windows.\n\nFolder openers are ideal for use on buildings with hard to reach windows.\n

\nSuitable for use on aluminium, PVC-U, timber, steel and composite windows.\n\nIf operated by hand there is a danger of fingers becoming trapped. It is recommended to use a pole operator especially when linked to a tandem bar. When the window is fully opened the operating eye on the opener remains inside the building.\n\nIf fitting a folding opener to a bottom hung window, a minimum of 85mm must be left above the top arm. This allows the folding opener to snap up into place.
