Drop by stand 3C15 to see our range of PICO presses running on stand and to find out more about Dantex’s pre-press and press solutions. On show will be 2 versions of Picojet, developed by the Dantex Advance Engineering Team. These digital UV inkjet presses have printing capabilities of 350mm width and 75m/250ft/min, with 600 DPI at 2.5pl dot size. Incorporating LED final cure, with temperature-controlled back-up roller for sensitive substrates, PicoJet incorporates static control, web cleaning and Corona treatment for printing a wide variety of substrates. PicoJet is available with a wide range of in-line finishing options; die-cutting, lamination, backslit/edge trim, slitting and rewinding. In addition, a “reel-to-reel” only version will be on display. We will also be demonstrating our Full Variable Data functionality, which runs alongside the press’s operating software, will also be on display. Dantex will also present an upgraded PicoColour UV inkjet press in CMYK + white or varnish, with HMI touchscreen, chill roller and full variable data. Alongside Dantex’s well-established photopolymer plate sales activity, will be the latest processor technology; AquaFlex 920F, which has been designed to work with the new “high speed process” and filtration-free UV Flexo plate, RapidoFlex.
