Our Client Air Sentry® was founded in 2000 by Andrew Carnegie. His goal was to protect staff and patients from air transmitted or transported diseases and pollutants. Andrew has a background in life support and clinical engineering, gained from both the R.A.M.C and NHS. Before founding Air Sentry®, he specialised in ITU and OR solutions as the director of Kreuzer overhead pendants, now part of Hill Rom. Based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, Air Sentry’s current sole focus is on mobile unit production to help protect staff and patients during the coronavirus pandemic. The Agency Air Sentry approached Creative Harmony to create a brochure to explain how the primary Air Sentry system and its accessories work. One of the fundamental problems was that Air Sentry’s existing brochure looked too much like a White Paper and was too technical. Numerous schematics and 3D renderings were needed to show the system’s technical aspects. Creative Harmony has the team with the necessary skills to produce this within a tight deadline. The Outcome Having worked with many clients in the Health Industry, Creative Harmony was in the ideal position to understand the issues and develop a brochure that explained how the Air Sentry system works without it becoming too technical. The team worked methodically through each version perfecting it in line with the client’s input. The Creative Harmony team were happy to make as many changes and amendments as were necessary to ensure that the finished product fell completely in line with the client’s vision for the brochure.
