Supporting our customers during these unprecedented times

First of all, we would like to wish all our customers and partners, and their family and friends all the very best of health in these very difficult times, and we sincerely hope that any impact is minimal.

In relation to the current situation with Covid-19 we would like to share some important information with you to keep you up to date with our operations.

Our focus remains on 'Business as Usual' and providing uninterrupted service to our valued customers while remaining diligent and responsive to government recommendations and guidance.

We understand that concerns about the impact to potential business are real, so hopefully, the below will provide you with the latest information:


We are currently well stocked with most standard machine spare parts and consumables. We are able to reassure our customers that we do not currently anticipate any product shortages as a result of the current situation at this time.

We are continuing to take orders over the phone or via email between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday.

We are continuing to work closely with our suppliers and as the situation develops we will communicate any issues if and when they occur to our Agents and Customers.

We are operating a limited service from our facility in the UK and are still despatching spares and consumables.

We have implemented systems so staff can work remotely from home.

None of our Service Engineers or Sales Team are currently travelling.

We are offering technical support to Customers via phone and email during normal working hours. Please be patient if we are not able to get back to you right away.

If you require advice with any potential machine order requirements for any of your customers, please also contact us by phone or email.


We have taken additional steps of providing all our staff in the USA and UK with clear information on the virus, methods of control, and Government/WHO recommended websites for their reference.

We have equipped our premises with hand sanitising stations and are continuing to undertake additional cleaning procedures.

Any employee suffering from the recognised symptoms of the coronavirus infection will not come into work and will stay home.

We will continue to update you as required but if you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
