Supplying you with the BS 32F series machines in their various forms are similar in appearance to the BS 20, but have the added advantage of a full -32 4SH (DN 50) capacity. They are ideal for a wide range of hydraulic hose assembly applications ranging from distributor use through to heavy duty batch production and high volume special purpose products.
The BS 32F is capable of assembling up to -32 4SP (DN 50) twin bent stem fittings. From standard foot pedal control with semi automated preset cycles, to oil cooled fully automated machines, almost any type of product can be accommodated. Banner has over 25 years experience in solving difficult special purpose machine problems, so we may already have a solution for your requirements.
Features include direct reading micrometre type gauge with 'auto stop' at size. The standard 'snap in' dies provide over 30mm clearance when the machine head is fully open, allowing access for most bent stem and manipulated fittings. A wide range of flared one piece and other special purpose dies are also available including bolt in dies for high speed production machines.
Optional quick change tooling is available at your request.
