If you need a swagging press machine that can provide massive radial tonnage the BS32-50HDF is for you. An extremely high-performance swaging press for maintenance and distributor use where large bore 6-wire hoses are assembled on a regular basis.
The snap-in detent retained dies, up to 105 mm long, easily accommodate 6-wire twin elbow hose assembly up to the – 32 (DN50) capacity of the machine.
The BS32-50HDF offers foot pedal control for hands free operation both before and during hose assembly. Once the preset size is attained the adjustable automatic retract system will return the dies to a preset position, facilitating fast large batch production. Quick change die tooling is available.
Extras available include oil cooling and automate controller. A wide range of standard, flared one-piece and other special purpose dies are also available.
Optional quick change tooling is available.
