Our DRBK rotary torque transducers use brushless, non-contact technology for the transfer of signal and power, minimising wear on the internal components and removing the need for constant maintenance. All this makes the rotary torque transducers ideally suited for use in continuously rotating, high duty cycle applications. Its highlights are: • Measuring Ranges from: 0-0.5Nm to 0-1000Nm • Contactless Transfer of Measured Signal • Compact • Low Cost • Max Speed: 9000 to 22,000rpm (Depending on Capacity) • ±5Vdc Output • Non-Linearity: <±0.3%/Rated Capacity • Specially Designed Couplings • Internal Measurement Amplifier • 11.5-30Vdc Supply Range Optimum performance is ensured by its specially designed BKE couplings and its compact size makes the DRBK rotary torque transducer ideal for laboratory and industrial applications alike. The DRBK rotary torque transducer’s feature and internal integrated signal amplifier and can be powered from a wide range of power supplies from 11.5Vdc to 30Vdc. A ±5Vdc analogue output is provided as standard with ±10Vdc as an option. The internal signal amplifier delivers a high 1kHz frequency response ensuring that dynamic torque changes are captured. Applied Measurements have a huge range of analogue and digital instrumentation including amplifiers and signal conditioners, signal digitisers, displays and indicators and wireless radio telemetry equipment to accompany the DRBK rotary torque transducer. A UKAS traceable calibration is available on all torque transducers and systems.
