 Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Manager

Overview The Customer Success Manager is a Senior and important member of the Global Support & Services Department and will report to the Global Support Director of Sapphire Systems. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that Sapphire are providing a leading, customer first service in addition to ensuring long term customer success and retention. Key Responsibilities  Act as the key escalation point for all customer issues and respond in a fashion that inspires confidence and continued customer loyalty.  Setting and managing customer expectations correctly whilst at the same time foreseeing any potential risk and implementing mitigation strategies as and when necessary.  Report Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly on the status of customer relationships, services engagements, and data leading to consistent strategic growth and renewals  Collaborate with and remain closely aligned with the Projects, Sales and Support teams on all customer escalations  Maintain the customer data in the company CRM system  Ability to provide detailed feedback on process and program offerings for continuous improvement of the Customer Success Team. Communicates effectively at both the executive and project level to ensure consistent messaging and appropriate escalation  To think strategically about customer success and adapt approach based on individual and sometimes evolving customer needs  Think strategically about customer success and adapt approach based on individual and sometimes evolving customer needs  Identify any on-going training needs within the customer and ensures those needs are met You will have:  A minimum of 4-5 years management experience within a customer facing, account management, support and/or professional service roles.  Strong written, oral communication skills to include presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and a professional business image  The ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and be passionate about customer success  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to take full ownership of issues and see them through to a successful completion  Understanding and knowledge of enterprise software implementations, patch management tools and on-going support within large and small companies.  Ability to coordinate cross functionally and balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the organization  The ability to create and implement structure and introduce strong business processes where and when necessary.
