Mallett Quality Management Ltd

Mallett Quality Management Ltd. operates nationally, offering a broad range of food safety, quality management system, health & safety and training solutions for every type of business. We offer consulting services to all sectors of the food industry including catering operations, food manufacturing, packaging manufacturing, storage and distribution services and analytical laboratories. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certificated organisation and quality driven.

Microbiology

All the advice and support you need with setting up your own lab or achieving accreditation standards. Advice concerning microbiological criteria and standards.

Quality Management

We help you to implement food safety and accreditation standards, such as the BRC Standards, and provide advice on improving the food safety and quality management practices of your business. We can help you to achieve certification to International Standards such as ISO9001 and ISO 14001.

Food Safety & HACCP

Help towards meeting the requirements of EC Food Hygiene Regulations 852/2004 and 853/2004, required for food business registration or approval. We offer a range of certificated and bespoke HACCP training courses and can help with the design and implementation of HACCP plans.
