Established in 1977, 3D Displays has grown steadily and safely; in doing so we have graduated from the confines of a garden shed to a light, spacious factory, with offices and showroom based in Kent. We are a manufacturing company, producing Acrylic/Perspex and PVC displays and point of sale products which, by the way, are suitable for all environments; traditional or contemporary. It is a labour intensive business and we are proud of our record of employment in the local area.
3D Displays are sympathetic to customers' needs. This means we make sure we are able to respond directly and quickly to customers' requirements; whether it's despatching goods fast from stock or listening to your comments. In this way we are consistent in our approach to our product range - we keep adding to it! Every year the range is increased along with the service standards. All members of the 3D staff play vital roles whether in the design, production, despatch or administration in the business of selling displays. We constantly seek to build on what we offer. We may be getting old in company terms but our outlook is progressive!
Apart from the fabrication of the stock range available from either the website or our mail order catalogue , we offer other services such as Screen Printing and Specials - the production of displays to clients own design and specification.
3D Displays has a distinctive, colour, mail order catalogue published annually in house. It is fully illustrated and includes all the details of the stock products - around 500 of them - including slatwall accessories, prices and ordering information. The stock, sales orders and accounts as well as the formulation of quotes are all computerised which means that customers get an immediate response to their order and a fast response to quote requests. We feel that speed is essential service for the customer of today.
We have regularly exhibited at trade fairs for almost thirty years; the principle ones being 'Spring Fair Birmingham', 'Home and Gift Harrogate' and 'Autumn Fair Birmingham' where existing and potential customers get a chance to play with the products, keep up to date with the new additions and meet the human faces behind the company.
Quality is of particular importance in all aspects of the business; communications, customer care, sales, administration, accounting, production and despatch as well as technological advances. Although this has always been the case we incorporated recognised quality management systems and have been ISO 9001 registered since 1995.
