We hold a Waste Carriers Licence which was awarded by the Environment Agency and we are also a proactive member of British Water where we work to promote best practice as well as raising standards throughout the wastewater industry. We do not employ sales people nor do we pay commissions. We provide our customers with a personalised service - with one point of contact from initial site visit right through to the completed installation - this means you can be sure that your needs are well understood and that advice and support will be available to you across the project from the person who designed your solution. Our installation engineers are properly trained as well as being qualified in all technical and safety related matters - they are not generalists who sometimes install sewage treatment systems - they are experts in their field and understand the importance of getting the technical installation right.
