With the acquisition of the British environmental technology company Riverside Waste Machinery, UNTHA shredding technology founds another subsidiary after UNTHA America Inc. This means that Riverside's headquarters are now home to the UNTHA brand. Combining UNTHA's technological know-how and Riverside's in depth-knowledge of the UK environmental and recycling technologies marketplace, UNTHA UK is set to lead innovation and problem-solving capacities.

The formation of UNTHA UK comes at the right time since Great Britain is determined to heavily improve its approach to waste management. Chris Oldfield, Riverside's founder and managing director, has an esteemed position in the industry and now takes the role of UNTHA UK managing director together with Peter Streinik. As a team, they will pull the strings at UNTHA UK. The formation of UNTHA UK comes with several major benefits for customers. The certainty to buy directly from the manufacturer, the possibility to choose from a comprehensive range of service and maintenance packages and an optimum supply of spare parts are additional services which lay the foundations for perfect customer relations.
