Although I had tried all the combination of positions for the 3 links they must not have been connecting properly previously. I can't thank you enough for a very efficient service. You saved me a not inconsiderable amount of money for a new remote but more important was the manner in which you dealt with the situation. A great credit to you. Many thanks Brian Smith
