About Us
The main objective of T & K Precision is to achieve the highest possible standards in precision engineering. To this end, we have concentrated our capabilities on the production of precision turned parts ranging in size from 3mm to 50mm diameter, across a wide range of specialised materials.
Specialising in the Rolling of threads to acheave a better quality and stronger thread. We can produce studs and bolts in all sorts of aero space materials, ranging from hardened steels, to stainless steel, titanium, MP35N, all with rolled threads.
Precision thread rolling machines provide a far superior finish to that of traditional “cut” threads.
Mazak and Yamazaki CNC lathes enable short production runs taking minutes, rather than hours to set, producing accuracy and surface finishes which are completely predictable.
All of which results in better quality, better delivery - and more favourable costs.
We use Hardinge precision lathes for their versatility in producing longer spindly work in small batches.
We are BSI 9001 2008 approved, and all parts can be supplied with release notes if needed.
