Sponmech designs and manufactures three different types of hand-crafted perimeter safety fencing systems that are custom-built for durability and reliability. We supply Webster and Bennett guards from stock designs, and we supply Horizontal boring machine guards from stock designs. We provide standard lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and grinding machine guards.

Sponmech is equipped with a full in-house CAD Design facility using the very latest inventor package Autodesk Inventor 2021. Amongst our armour of machinery, there include CNC punch pressing machines, CNC press braking machines and CNC guillotines. We work with a range of materials from Stainless Steel to Polycarbonate.

Sponmech work on large scale projects

Sponmech has the capacity and experience to deliver very large-scale projects. A large majority of our work is Powder Coat finished in our on-site powder coating facility. We offer a wide range of colours in stock.

Our guarding systems ensure compliance with the Provision and Use of Workplace Equipment Regulations 1998 (P.U.W.E.R. 98) and The Supply of Machinery (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.
