Founded in 1911, S&C Electric Company is a global provider of equipment and services for electric power systems.
The Chicago based company designs and manufactures switching and protection products for electric power transmission and distribution.
S&C Electric Europe Ltd. commenced operation in 2008 when S&C Electric Company recognised the need to have local sales and
engineering support in the region due to the increase in sales.
Since this date, S&C Electric Europe Ltd. has been providing electrical switching and protection equipment including leading edge
solutions for implementing smart grids and integrating renewable resources to utilities and large power users throughout the European
Union, Middle East and Africa.
S&C Electric Europe Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of S&C Electric Company and is part of the S&C global network of regional business
units. S&C Electric Europe Ltd. is headquartered in Swansea, Wales with additional offices in Manchester and Abu-Dhabi and covers
Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Based in Manchester, S&C Electric Europe Ltd. Power Systems Services offers comprehensive transmission and distribution services and can readily take your project from the initial evaluation stage through site selection, construction management and start-up.

harmonics and low voltage fault ride through. If required, we can provide protective device coordination studies to support the addition of new
equipment. In addition to these analytical studies we also provide the full range of on-site testing and measurements.
