Course Summary Learn how to safely and efficiently operate a 180°, 360° or Mini Excavator. On completion of the course you will understand the statutory requirements and the need for safety training. The course covers site and operating safety, machine and control familiarisation, pre-shift checks including refueling and simple maintenance, procedures for driving, hydraulic controls, parking, road & site travelling, front / rear shovel operating, excavating, trenching, backfilling, leveling and compaction and more.
