Sabre was established in 1995, primarily serving plastics processing industries.
Today we offer a full mould design and manufacturing facility, mould repair service, Precision machined components, Plastic moulding, Plastic Injection moulding, Technical Injection moulded components, Ultrasonic plastic welding horns, fixtures and we can now supply Welding systems from Rinco Ultrasonics of Switzerland.
Plastic Injection moulding from 25 tonne to 400 tonne using state of the art micro processor controlled equipment. Component assembly, Sub-Contract Ultrasonic Plastic Welding at 20KHz ,35KHz and 70KHz.
Designing and developing our customers products has been a major part of our business, our flexibility and commitment has helped us to grow and invest in the very latest plastic moulding and plastic injection moulding Technology. In addition, our friendly and professional staff are here to answer any questions you may have about our company or our services.
We have recently invested in additional CAD, CAM linked CNC equipment giving us the capacity to take on a larger customer base, an extended work load and reducing lead times.
