ALcontrol Laboratories has grown, over the past twenty-five years, to become one of the largest environmental (water, land and air), food and oil analysis organisations in the UK and Ireland.

Analysis is carried out from ALcontrol’s state of the art, UKAS accredited, laboratories located throughout the UK and Ireland. Incorporating the latest European technology, our laboratories have been designed, with our customers’ requirements in mind, to process large volumes of samples efficiently and effectively, allowing ALcontrol to offer high quality, rapid sample analysis with the highest customer service levels.

ALcontrol Laboratories’ Emissions Monitoring Group operates throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe.
As one of the principal Emissions Monitoring companies in the country and a recognised Environment Agency Contractor we offer an extensive and UKAS accredited sampling and analysis portfolio.
ALcontrol Asbestos
Over thirty years’ experience in asbestos monitoring and analysis.
ALcontrol Food
Offering a comprehensive range of microbiological and nutritional analyses, our network of regional laboratories provides local service and access to our European capabilities.
ALcontrol Land
Specialists in land analysis, this division also includes our Oil Analysis Laboratories.
ALcontrol Water
Over twenty-five years’ experience in environmental analysis (including effluents, leachates, sludges and sewages) and DWI (Drinking Water Inspectorate) audited potable water testing.
With a Group turnover of approximately £60 million and laboratories in Holland and Sweden as well as the UK and Ireland, ALcontrol Laboratories is one of the largest testing organisations in Europe. In the UK, ALcontrol has a turnover of £31 million and tests approximately 2.0 million samples per year. ALcontrol will continue to grow in the UK both through selective acquisition and organic growth.
