Rydal - Specialises in the design and manufacture of replacement precision punches, dies and accessories with ISO9002 accreditation. We are leading manufacturers of replacement tooling for Wiedmann, Pullmax, Behrens, Pierce All, Strippit, Amada, Raskin, Nisshinbo and Trumpf turret and single head punching machines. In addition we have a design service for special applications such as up-forms, louvres and gang groups.
Rydal has built an unassailable reputation in replacement tooling and has a design team ready to give advice. For instance, economies can be made using Rydal's Advanced Tooling System for Quik adjustment and extended life of Amada Punches. A Rydal ATS assembly can improve down-time during tool regrinding plus accurate adjustment where minimal penetration is required.
