East Anglia East Midlands - Area Sales Manager Factory Automation, Sensors, Vision - £36K neg plus Pension, Health, Life Car
Our Client, a Manufacturer of Factory Automation & Process Automation products, has a requirement for an Area Sales Manager covering the East Anglia and East Midlands region selling the Company's full range of Sensing, Vision Systems and Motion Control mainly into OEM's within the territory.
The successful candidate will have experience of successful selling within a similar role and products as well as experience in selling to OEM’s. A good knowledge of sensing, vision and motion control products is essential, also a qualification to HNC level is likely in a technical subject related to this field of engineering, although a skills based knowledge would be acceptable but must be demonstrated.
You will manage the sales territory in a structured manner working to a business plan to develop both direct, key accounts and indirect business and distributors, be capable of achieving design in and specification, communicating with engineers and forecasting and achieving sales targets.
