Berkshire - Internal Technical Support Engineer Switchgear - £28K Neg DOE + Benefits
My Client has a requirement for a technical sales support specialist with knowledge and experience of the full range of low voltage control gear components including contactors, switchgear, circuit protection, surge protection, connectors, sensors, relays, meters and many other components.
The role will suit either an experienced candidate with a career history specialising in this area and a BTEC/NVQ3 level qualification in Electrical engineering, or possibly a graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering looking for their second position in the industrial Electrical/Electronic sector. The candidate must have technical understanding of the issues involved with these products.
You will be provided with induction, initial and on-going product training and full support to assist you in your success.
Working as part of a team it is important that you have a can do attitude and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals. In addition to technical support you will also respond to general calls and enquiries, organise and run training sessions.
Customer Service experience
Electrical qualification BTEC/NVQ3 or above
Presentation ability
Good communication skill
Good relationship building skills
