Midlands and North West - Area Sales Manager Industrial Control & Automation Components - Circa £45K OTE+Car+Benefits HIGH BASIC PLUS CAR, PHONE, EXPENSES, LAPTOP, HEALTH CARE, OPTIONAL PENSION! HOME BASED. Our Client requires a professional, enthusiastic and motivated individual. You will be living in a suitable location to access the territory described, probably a North West bias locality, have proven field sales performance as an area sales manager, area sales engineer, account manager type of position in the Control and Automation or Electronic component industry. Field based and selling a full range of Control and Automation products and Electronic Components, but with a focus on PLC, HMI, VSD, Sensors and automation components. Your role is to maintain existing accounts and develop additional business via existing and new accounts in order to maximise sales. In addition you will: -be electrical/electronic/mechatronic qualified and or experienced in the electronics market place. -have knowledge of the electronic market place and its dynamics. -be required to develop a business plan and manage your accounts to actively maximise all opportunities for business. -achieve specification for the companies products with suitable business targets. As is usual the position carries sales and performance targets which should be met in order to achieve maximum reward for the position. You will have smart personal appearance, team spirit and a positive, motivated attitude. Skills Required: Successful sales experience. Professional selling techniques.
