I ordered a roll of mig wire which was out of stock but no one informed us. I rang to find out a delivery date to be told I should have been emailed about being out of stock. Logan sorted out for the mig wire to come direct from air liquide which it did late Friday. I was going to load the welder on Sunday ready for Monday to find the reel was damaged all the centre broken up looked like it had been dropped. In order to work Monday I mounted the damaged reel between two 230mm flap disks with a piece of threaded bar as a spindle and set an old undamaged wheel on a turntable and wound the wire across 3 hours work but we did weld on Monday. I added a pack of stainless rods to my order which came direct from you a few rods have the flux broken off the ends again looking like transport damage. In both cases the outside packaging was in reasonable condition but the did not provide sufficient protection to the goods.
