Premier Coatings Ltd are specialists in the manufacture of exclusive corrosion and chemical resistant coatings and linings used for the long term protection of steel and concrete. All our products are produced under a management system which complies with the stringent requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. Common applications include steel pipe/pipelines, valves, fittings, structural steelwork, steel or concrete tanks and concrete bunded areas. Our customers include petrochemical, process, offshore and civil engineering industries as well as the water, gas and telecom utilities.

We have an extensive product range which can cope with operating temperatures ranging from sub-zero to 250ºC, in all manner of highly corrosive environments. We can alos offer options for surface preparation before product application to provide the client with choices from simple power tool cleaning giving up to 10 years service, to abrasive blasting or hydro jetting which can offer the customer more than 25 years maintenance free service. The liquid coating systems are complemented by a range of tape wrap systems which can provide a 30 year maintenance free service life even when applied over hand wire brushed steel surfaces.
