The introduction of a 5-axis CNC router has improved the trim quality and accuracy of our components. We can now not only offer more complex trimmed profiles, but also a faster turn around time. We manufacture and develop the CNC jigging, which enables us to control production lead times more efficiently. All programs are written in house, which guarantees tolerances are met, modifications can be addressed immediately and the quality of product is maintained.
