Pallet/Stretch Wrappers
Hand wrapping is a time consuming and physically demanding operation, a stretch wrap machine makes it easier and safer, while improving pallet stability and reducing possible damage and labour. Companies that are currently wrapping manually will see significant savings in film usage.
For companies handling 80 or more pallets a day a stretch wrap machine makes excellent business sense. Production speeds are increased and film costs go down with a payback in some cases of months rather than years, wrapping is more consistent and there is more quality control over the wrapping process to ensure damage free distribution. All our machines are supplied in accordance with EU Directive 415-6-06
Case Sealers
Sealing by hand is a time consuming and repetitive operation, a case sealing machine can make the process quicker and easier, while improving final case presentation and integrity also controlling the amount of tape used and reducing labour. They are simple to use and adjust and easily integrated into existing packing lines or used with a SIAT CASE FORMER to create a complete packing line. They are built to EC directives on safety and have Robust construction suitable for 24hr production. A wide range of accessories are available to complete the packing process.
Chamber Machines/L Sealers
The compact range of Gramegna Synth and GC Chamber machines are designed for use in applications where space is at a premium and single operator usage is required. These highly versatile shrink-wrapping units provide the ideal solution for the low volume packaging of a wide variety of products in PVC or Pole olefin shrink film. For higher speed applications we have the GS semi automatic L sealer machines with matching shrink tunnel. Shrink Tunnels
The FR Range of shrink tunnels are designed and manufactured to complete our programme of automatic L sealers and continuous side sealing machines, for this reason tunnel openings closely match the size and speed of comparable sealing machines. Being of a high quality, however they may also be used with other sealing machines and having high re-circulation of air flow from 4 directions reduces energy consumption.
They are all suitable to shrink Poleolifin, PVC and in some cases Polythene films.
• Rubber rolling rod conveyors driven by heavy duty chain - optional PTFE mesh belt.
• Conveyor speed adjustable 4-25mtr minute controlled by OMRON inverter.
• Conveyor safety clutch - It stops if it is jammed.
• Twin fan circulation on FR22M/FR33/FR44 models.
• Adjustable air flow. with digital temperature control.
• Automatic tunnel cool down and shut off
Sleeve Wrappers
The Gramegna range of semi and fully automatic shrink wrapping machines are highly versatile and can pack various products upto 1600mm wide, such as glass and PET bottles, cans, cases, jars, cartons all of different sizes and in a wide range of pack collations in polythene film for transit and protective packaging. They can be used in a wide range of industry sectors beverages, food, chemicals, wine & spirits, pharmaceutical, building supplies etc. We can meet a wide range of customer demands and ensure a very good quality to price ratio.
Spare Parts
Due to our close relationships with our principal supplier, we are able to offer spare parts from a large and extensive spares department with most items available from stock. For non-stock parts we use DHL/UPS to ship them quickly and efficiently. A full manual with a spares list is issued with the purchase of each machine and whether you are ordering to keep parts on the shelf or one off emergency parts, our after sales team will strive to turn around your order as urgently as you require.
