I-Flex Autogauge Lip is used successfully around the world for low blow-up ratio applications. Using a gauge plot, a rapid response algorithm determines what gauge adjustment is required. Mechanical actuators physically distort the die lip at any one of the actuator locations, providing direct and reliable gauge control.
