This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and forward thinking person to get involved in a cutting edge industry supplying industry recognized products at consultancy level. You must be able to show considerable expertise in: design of technical and functional specifications. Work flow processes & ITSM best practice. GAP analysis. Software testing programmes. Management of software roll-outs. Evaluation of existing installations and recommend improvements. Cost justification - ITSM and ITAM enhancements. Identifying further software and professional service revenue opportunities. Essential knowledge & skills: excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent client management skills. Ability to apply commercial accumen. Understanding of business processes. Influencing skill. Presentation skills. Desirable knowledge & skills: familiar with integration techniques.Has an appreciation of the ITSM/ITAM market place. Takes the initiative in learning more about the technologies, vertical markets and current thinking on business management techniques. An understanding of the appropriate corporate software coding standards and rules.
