Programme Manager - Telco - Hertfordshire

My client is a global telecommunication enterprise and they seek a Programme Manager to provide leadership to their global engagements teams. This is very interesting position as you will collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure successful on-time, on-budget delivery of multiple large-scale development or Enterprise projects. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of industry experience, 3-5 years in a leadership capacity preferably in a consulting/professional services environment. Demonstrate success building and leading large, distributed consulting or development teams of 50+ members, prior experience working with Global development teams desired. Must have line responsibility. P & L experience running an organisation, account or project in a leadership capacity. Off-shoe working experience/knowledge very desirable along with working for (at some point) one of the major telco Operator in the UK/Europe.
