Ocuco has a ten year history writing and supporting Windows based Practice Management Software for opticians and optometrists. Since the installation in 1993 of Optolink for Windows - later to be renamed Acuitas - the software has been continuously improved incorporating feedback from our customers and the needs brought by a changing environment.

New processes introduced on the support helpdesk ensure that all issues are logged and tracked until completion, and have brought average problem resolution times down by 80%.
