About Us
Based in Torquay, but operating throughout the South West, OCP West offer a range of training and consultancy in fire, health and safety, and food hygiene issues, as well as other legislative and occupational training. Our work is predominantly in the care and hospitality sectors, but relevant to all employers. We employ a number of specialist consultants, experienced in their own fields, so that our clients can rest assured that they are receiving up to date training and best working practices.
Founder and Managing Director, Phil Sturgess, has over 30 years experience in training and management system development. His philosphy has always been to offer specific solutions, rather than generic off the shelf courses and tick box manuals.
