This position combines the Best Practice Engineering Support requirements expected in World Class Manufacturing environments (TPM, PPM, Lean, Reliability etc) with the challenging circumstances of working in a directly customer-facing role and within a totally interdependent production and service level partnership. Proactiveness & responsiveness are therefore both essential & highly visible.
Candidates will need to combine strong, practical engineering skills and qualifications gained in a process or high volume maintenance environment with the commitment, flexibility & communication skills to thrive in a customer-facing environment, strongly influenced by a background in a Best Practice, Lean-driven organisational culture - Including in a multi-skilled technical environment. Knowledge of Pressure System Safety Regulations is advantageous.
