On a salary of £40,000 - 48,000, the General Manager will maximise commercial opportunities & performance, ensuring monthly revenue profit & forecast targets are met & exceeded, monitor market & competitor activity, develop & maintain relationships with customers (both internal & external) across the region; & ensure the ongoing strong operational performance & development of the depots in the region.
Candidates will have Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, EPC, Utilities & Engineering sectors (ideally with relevant product knowledge (generators, HVAC, dehumidification equipment, air compressors…) & have proven success in customer service delivery & customer relationship management in the Middle East.
In addition, candidates will have strong management, negotiation, & communication (written & verbal) skills; be organised, flexible & driven; & able to work independently with a customer focussed attitude.
