The ideal candidate will possess polymer science knowledge and Blown Film extrusion and engineering experience and provide:
· Analytical skills, technical project management, and process support for Blown Film extrusion
· A Technical-based approach to process improvement focusing on key areas within the extrusion function and will play a leading role in Continuously Improving the Blown Film manufacturing process with the aim of driving quality standards up and the cost base down.
