The role
Assisting with all of the day to day activities of the manager
Accurate filing of the hire office paperwork
General office administration
Dealing with customer hire enquiries, which include: processing quotations, orders and invoices on in-house hire system
Assisting with the compilation of weekly and monthly sales/hire management reports
Managing computerised customer relationship management system
Assisting in the administration of all transport operations
Assisting with the co-ordination of maintenance team in liaison with Supervisor
The Person
Must be proficient in Microsoft packages – Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task and meet customer deadlines
Preferably have experience of working within a cabin/plant hire environment
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (42 and a half hrs per week)
£19k-23k NEG
28 days paid holiday p/a includes 8 Bank Holidays
Location:
Cowley, Oxford – Own transport is required
