Maxwood Washrooms launches London showroom
Maxwood Washrooms’ new Central London Showroom is now open, providing the perfect place for architects and designers to find inspiration for styles, materials, and layouts for commercial washroom projects. Located in Clerkenwell, at the heart of the capital’s design community, the new showroom offers a chance to view full-size washroom mock-ups, including project-specific details designed and manufactured by Maxwood to bespoke specifications. As well as impressive washroom product displays, the showroom can host technical workshops and demonstrations and offers fully equipped meeting facilities where project teams can work in close collaboration with Maxwood to bring their design concepts to life over a cup of coffee. The new showroom’s rolling displays will feature a selection of Maxwood’s high quality washroom systems and the extensive palette of finishes and details to add the ‘wow factor’ to any executive washroom. Products featuring in the new showroom will include Maxwood’s elegant full height, flush-fronted Marante cubicles, the innovative Cascade Vanity Unit with a descending slope which directs water to a drainage gulley to prevent splash marks, and the Mirror Box – a gas-strut hinged vanity mirror unit, specially designed by Maxwood to enable easy access to paper towel and soap dispensers for refilling and maintenance purposes. Maxwood’s new London Showroom is open to visitors by appointment, explains Marketing Manager, Andrew Taylor. He comments: “There’s a quick and easy online system on our website at www.maxwoodwashrooms.com/london-showroom where you can request a date to visit and let us know if there are any particular products or design challenges you’d like to see so our team can prepare for your visit.” Maxwood’s new London showroom will be among the venues taking part in this year’s Clerkenwell Design Week from 19-21 May 2015. Home to more creative businesses and architects per square mile than anywhere else on the planet, Clerkenwell is one of the most important design hubs in the world. Summing up, Andrew Taylor says: “We’re delighted to be part of this exciting design event and look forward to welcoming local and international designers to our new London showroom so they can see what makes Maxwood an exciting partner for all aspects of a washroom project, from concept to completion.” Maxwood is a family business with many years of experience in the design and manufacture of high quality washroom systems for the commercial sector. The company’s comprehensive range of high quality, easy-to-fit washroom cubicles, vanity (hand basin) units, lockers, duct panelling systems, and accessories is complemented by exceptional levels of customer care and project support.
