Mezz Lift, with maximum working load 250kg, fully enclosed in a self supporting mesh shaft. The platform will be 1650mm x 850mm to allow two trolleys to be transported at the same time.
The platform will be guarded 900mm to suit the loading direction. At the entrance to the lift at both levels there will be 2000mm clear height gates which will be fitted with electrical interlocks to prevent the gates from being opened unless the platform is docked at the appropriate level.
There will be a small fixed ramp at the lower level to assist loading on to the 50mm deep platform. A 20 amp, 240 volt, single-phase supply is required terminated in a double pole switch at the lower level. Control is via a push to run control station adjacent to the gates at both levels.
Additional feature
The Mezz Lift will be fitted with a fall arrest block on to the platform, independent of the existing chains which would hold the platform in place in the event of a catastrophic failure
