SAFETY TRIP BAR Aluminium safety frame with built in safety function. If the safety frame is touched on its way down, the Lift stops immediately. To continue lowering, the table has to be raised a little to be able to lower again.
MAINTENANCE Standard safety legs are provided to support the scissor lift mechanism in the raised position and must be deployed for all servicing and maintenance work
INSTALLATION Fitted with lifting eye bolts for easy installation in pit if required
HAND RAILS 1100mm high hand rails with 150mm high kick-boards, fitted to both long sides and one short side
SAFETY GATES 1100mm high twin safety gate with 150mm high kick-boards fitted to one 1500mm side – outwards opening
INTERLOCKING GATES The safety gates are interlocking into the control system of the lift so the platform will NOT raise or lower when the gates are open

GENERAL The lift is designed to operate on a firm even floor surface
Table will be pit mounted.
• Table will be supplied with a remote power pack for ease of change over, should a fault occur. A spare power pack will also be provided.
• Supplied with a four sided enclosure to both levels measuring 2.50m long x 2.09m Wide - Manufactured in 304 grade stainless steel and finished with a silicone bead blast (to give an even matt finish to the stainless steel)
• Ground floor: 3900mm high to the underside of the mezzanine floor. Incorporating a 2000mm high gate to one short side.
• First Floor: 2100mm high. Incorporating a 2000mm high gate to one short side
• Both gates will be fitted with electro-mechanical interlocks to prevent platform motion if either gate is open and to prevent the gates from being opened unless the platform is at the appropriate level
