There are simple options such as keyfob operation, or the bollards could be lowered and raised by other means, such as access intercom or proximity cards. There are a multitude of options to suit your needs. Additional safety should always be considered with automatic driveway bollards, such a vehicle induction loops, warning signs and indicator lights. Whatever option you find most suitable, the vast majority of driveway bollards come in a choice of styles. Some offer varying heights and diameters, and often they are available in either a painted or a stainless steel finish.
