Bridge bearing covers

Welded construction using heavy-duty polyurethane on nylon is usually specified for bridge plate or bridge bearing covers. The seams are highly resistant to wear & are joined using high-frequency welding, preventing ingress from water, oil, dust & fine particulate. As every vee or gusset is cut to the finished design, our covers will retain their shape & integrity no matter how harsh the environment. Covers can be manufactured to suit virtually all profiles. Our bespoke heavy-duty covers are both durable & versatile. They are designed to last & work for years in outdoor or offshore environments for applications where a complete seal is required with excellent open-to-closed ratios.
