Safety Policies
The preparation of a written safety policy is a legal requirement (Sect. 2(3) Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974) for all employers of five or more persons. To be effective it needs to be both comprehensive and workable, whilst giving clear indications of what is expected and how this will be achieved.We can provide you with a safety policy specifically customised to your organisation. This will incorporate existing management structures and procedures etc. either on its own, or as part of a wider package including risk assessments, method statements and management procedures.
Alternatively we can use our expertise to assist in the review and revision of existing safety policies.
