The brand Liberon was originally created in Paris, France in 1912 by Georges Libéron. Since then the evolution of the brand has seen a lot of new lines develop, in addition to the traditional 'Blue Line' which includes our iconic Black Bison Paste Wax, that is still available today. In 1990 Liberon Limited was purchased by the V33 Group and went on to become a wholly-owned subsidiary. Liberon Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Group V33, who are an international manufacturer of paint and woodcare products situated in the Jura region of Eastern France. Group V33 is the market leader when it comes to wood and paint products in the DIY market in France and are also a key player in a lot of other European markets. V33 was originally created in 1957, the family owned business has a wealth of production, R&D and logistics facilities in addition to sales and marketing support. All of our products are made in the European Union and we sell English language packaged products throughout the UK and many English-speaking countries across the world.
