Quality

In February we had our usual 6 monthly LRQA ISO 9001 audit and this was part of our 3 year certification renewal. We are now certified to the new ISO 9001 – 2008 standard. We first achieved the BS 5750 back in 1994 and our auditors have been LRQA throughout the last 15 years.
