Customers using pressure decay/flow instruments or tracer gas detectors need to be able to present a known leak to the test system, should the leak detector recognise the leak at the correct value then the test system is within calibration. Ion Science produce a range of standard calibrated leaks for this purpose. These are individually made to reproduce your test specification in terms of pressure and leak rate. The leak is simply placed into the test circuit, should the leak detector test result correspond to the calibrated standard, then you can be sure the entire process is correct.
Each leak is supplied in its own storage box with a certificate of calibration.
